Served 25 years the leading forest and engineering companies such as Tampella, Ahlstrom, Valmet, Metso and UPM-Kymmene in Finland and USA. Over 15 years experience as Corporate level executive. Large international experience about strategic and operational business development (M&A, ramp-ups, downsizing, offshoring, etc.) as well as renewal of technologies, products, operational processes and systems.

Entrepreneurship

Founded three companies since 2005: Vesa Rommi Consulting, Realite Technologies Inc. and Encore Partners Inc. Advisory services for several new entrepreneurs and regional company networks. Member of Federation of Finnish Enterprises.

Currently chairman and member of the boards of Encore Partners Inc. and Realite Technologies Inc.
